• Position: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (Loans)
• Location:Barakhamba road, on site job
• Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers and Experienced both welcome)
• Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed Shift)
• Salary: Fixed Monthly Salary (No target-based deductions)

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers to introduce various loan products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).
• Lead Qualification: Explain the eligibility criteria and documentation process to interested clients.
• Customer Support: Address customer queries professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of daily calls and follow-ups in the internal database.
• Coordination: Forward qualified leads to the documentation team for further processing.

Candidate Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Delhi.
• Communication: Clear and persuasive speaking skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
• Attitude: Disciplined, punctual, and eager to learn.
