Key Responsibilities & Career Evolution

Phase 1: Translation & Support

• Native-Level Translation: Accurately translate business documents, marketing collateral, and technical manuals from Russian to English and vice versa.
• Real-time Interpretation: Assist the leadership team during virtual meetings and calls with Russian-speaking clients.
• Market Research: Conduct primary research on Russian market trends and competitor activities.

Phase 2: Sales & Marketing Integration

• Strategy Learning: Gain hands-on training in international sales funnels, lead generation, and B2B marketing strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Russian clients, resolving queries and building long-term trust.
