Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Calendar Management: Proactively manage the MD’s complex calendar, prioritizing appointments and coordinating global travel plans.
  • Communication & Liaison: Draft and review high-level correspondence while acting as the primary liaison between the MD and senior stakeholders or clients.
  • High-Level Meeting Coordination: Lead the organization of Board and Executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking action items.
  • Travel & Logistics: End-to-end planning of international and domestic business trips, including visas, detailed itineraries, and ground logistics.
  • Project & Data Management: Assist in special strategic initiatives, conducting detailed research and compiling data to support executive decision-making.
  • Document Governance: Manage highly confidential digital and physical filing systems while preparing professional reports and briefing presentations.
  • Office Oversight: Ensure the smooth daily operation of the MD’s office, coordinating with support staff as necessary.
