Channel Sales Manager – Affordable Housing

Location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience and performance)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate / Affordable Housing Channel Sales


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager for our Affordable Housing division, based at Barakhamba Road, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and DSAs, while ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand a robust channel partner network to promote affordable housing projects.
  • Drive sales through brokers, DSAs, and channel partners by providing strong relationship management and support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase business reach.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to plan, strategize, and execute sales campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for market strategy improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in channel sales, real estate, or affordable housing.
  • Proven ability to manage dealer and broker networks effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Good knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market trends and affordable housing segment.
