About the Role:

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager with proven experience in the Used Car Loan segment to join our dynamic team at Barakhamba Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding key dealer relationships while ensuring loan sales targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with dealers, DSAs, and channel partners in the used car finance segment.
• Drive loan disbursement volumes by acquiring new business and retaining existing clients.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, credit, and operations teams for timely loan approvals.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify potential business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA preferred with 4–5 years of experience in used car loans, auto loans, or vehicle finance.
• Strong network of dealers and DSAs in the used car segment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good knowledge of loan documentation and finance processes.
