Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to the Chairman to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar & Schedule Management:

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Prioritize and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up.

2. Communication & Correspondence:

  • Draft, review, and handle confidential correspondence and communications.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.

3. Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, executive sessions, and key events.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.

4. Travel & Logistics:

  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodation and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth logistics and on-ground coordination for all travel.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Manage confidential records, reports, and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive reports as required.

6. Project & Office Management:

  • Assist in strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Oversee or coordinate administrative functions of the Chairman’s office.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
