Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers in Telugu to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
  • Record and track customer interactions in the system.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a problem-solving approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Achieve performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum B.Sc. in Agriculture or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or a similar calling role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Telugu and Hindi/English.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Day Shift only).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
