We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising (VM) Coordinator to oversee the execution of visual merchandising projects for leading retail and fashion brands across India.
The role involves managing end-to-end VM production — from design approval to fabrication, dispatch, and installation — while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary communication link between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate project timelines, material approvals, and quality checks with production and fabrication departments.
• Oversee outsourced vendor jobs to ensure specifications, timelines, and standards are met.
• Manage all project documentation, including job sheets, artwork approvals, and dispatch records.
• Track and monitor production progress, proactively resolving delays or quality issues.
• Coordinate dispatch and installation schedules with logistics and implementation teams.
• Conduct quality control inspections at every stage of the project.
• Support cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and project billing coordination when required.

🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, fabrication, or retail branding.
• Strong understanding of VM materials, printing techniques, fabrication processes, and installation workflows.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with design file formats (AI, CDR, PDF) is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in vendor management and on-site project supervision preferred.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Design, Marketing, or related field).
• Diploma or certification in Visual Merchandising, Printing, or Fabrication will be an added advantage.
