About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Granules Operator to join our Granulation (Formulation – Agrochemical) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running a WG plant independently and operating key equipment such as blenders, FBD (Diesel), vibro shifters, and endothermic reactors.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment including blenders, FBD, vibro shifter, rotary machines, and related systems.
• Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties as per SOP.
• Perform housekeeping of the shop floor and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all materials (RM/FG) are available and accurately manage material stock with SAP technician.
• Coordinate with QC team to ensure 100% FTR (First Time Right) and zero failures.
• Collect lab analysis reports in a timely manner and support quality checks.
• Supervise and guide up to 5 contractual helpers, ensuring compliance with safety and process standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related problems with minimum supervision.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations.
• Be flexible to work in 8–12 hour shifts and extend working hours when required.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Granulation / Agrochemical plant operations with hands-on experience in running WG plants.
• Ability to independently handle endothermic reactions and troubleshoot process issues.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards in chemical/agrochemical manufacturing.
• Physically fit to lift weights (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended working shifts.
• Team-oriented, self-directed, and committed to productivity with minimal downtime.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Education

• Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI / AOCP (Chemical / Process / Related Fields)
