Experience Required:

• 9 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the Electrical Department.
• Must have prior experience in the Agrochemical Technical industry.
• Strong knowledge of all electrical instruments, systems, and maintenance procedures.
• Proven experience in team handling and ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all electrical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at the plant.
• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Supervise and guide team members for day-to-day activities and project execution.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for uninterrupted plant operations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must be from Agrochemical Technical background — profiles from other industries will not be considered.
• Should possess strong leadership qualities with hands-on technical expertise.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preference for candidates currently handling a team, not individual contributors.
