Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally in Malayalam to assist customers with queries.
- Backend Documentation: Accurately update customer records, call logs, and internal databases after every interaction.
- Service Quality: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate product/service information.
- Reporting: Prepare simple daily reports using basic computer tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Compliance: Follow company-standard procedures and maintain data confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and understand Malayalam fluently.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of operating a computer, web browsing, and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Equipment: Must have a working smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Communication: Ability to handle customer objections calmly and maintain a polite tone.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
