Key Responsibilities & Duties

As the Plant Head, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the manufacturing facility. Your core focus areas include:

• Operational Excellence: Manage safe and smooth plant operations to meet production targets within the Agrochemical sector.
• Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure 100% adherence to factory labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for handling Government inspections and maintaining strong liaisoning with local authorities.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise integrated departments including Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards to ensure product excellence and process efficiency.
• Safety Management: Drive a culture of safety by implementing best-in-class EHS practices and emergency response protocols.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse workforce, fostering a productive and disciplined work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience specifically within Agrochemical manufacturing.
• Statutory Knowledge: Deep understanding of factory handling, labor laws, and industrial regulations in Gujarat.
• Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills for effective liaisoning.
• Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can join within 1 month.
