Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive with strong knowledge of Payroll Management and hands-on experience working with SAP. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to agrochemical or manufacturing plant HR operations, including attendance, compliance, and employee life-cycle management.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage HR processes and support day-to-day plant HR functions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Attendance Management

  • End-to-end Payroll Processing using SAP (mandatory)
  • Maintain and verify attendance, overtime, leave records
  • Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity)
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement and accuracy in payroll inputs

2. HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Handle employee onboarding, inductions, document verification
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data updates, and personal files
  • Address employee queries regarding salary, attendance, and HR policies
  • Handle exit formalities including F&F settlements and clearances

3. Compliance & HR Documentation

  • Support factory-level statutory compliance activities
  • Prepare HR reports: manpower, overtime, MIS, HR dashboards
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws

4. Recruitment & Coordination

  • Support hiring for plant and office roles
  • Coordinate interviews, track candidate pipeline, and manage joining formalities
  • Work closely with line managers and plant heads for manpower planning

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Officer
  • Mandatory: Experience in SAP HR / SAP payroll
  • Mandatory: Payroll handling in manufacturing or agrochemical plant
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, compliance & documentation
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Ability to work independently in a plant HR environment

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance & statutory compliance
  • Good interpersonal, coordination & problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing plant HR processes
