Job Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Manage inbound and outbound calls in Gujarati to resolve customer issues.
• Backend Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information into the company database.
• Query Resolution: Provide timely solutions to customer questions regarding services or products.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs and reports using basic computer software (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Quality Maintenance: Ensure high-quality communication and professional etiquette on every call.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Must be native or highly fluent in Gujarati (Speaking and Understanding).
• Computer Knowledge: Basic proficiency in using a PC/Laptop, Email, and Microsoft Excel.
• Infrastructure: Candidates must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass.
• Skills: Strong listening skills and a helpful attitude.
