The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in 100% Water Soluble Fertilizer (WSF) and Liquid Fertilizer manufacturing. We are looking for a leader who can independently manage plant operations while ensuring high equipment availability and seamless supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Production Management: Independently handle the entire production and packing activities for the 100% WSF and Liquid Fertilizer plant.
- Operational Planning: Execute effective production planning to meet market demands and organizational targets.
- Inventory Control: Take full responsibility for managing the inventory of raw materials, finished goods (FG), and packing materials.
- Logistics Coordination: Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day fertilizer material dispatches.
- Resource Optimization: Manage daily manpower planning effectively to ensure maximum productivity.
- Maintenance Oversight: Ensure high operational efficiency by maintaining equipment availability at or above 95%.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to streamline plant operations and achieve business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Technical Expertise: Must have hands-on experience specifically in the production of 100% WSF and Liquid Fertilizers.
- Communication: Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory for internal reporting and team management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a production unit and manage field staff and cross-functional teams.
