Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve authentic Turkish-style ice cream (Dondurma) with performance and enthusiasm.
• Engage customers with entertaining serving tricks, humor, and interactive gestures.
• Maintain a cheerful, professional, and energetic demeanor at all times.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are followed at the stall or outlet.
• Manage stock levels, assist with setup and closing duties, and maintain display counters.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Turkish Ice Cream Man / Performer / Vendor preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
• High energy level and passion for customer interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak crowds.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food handling practices.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
